Return Policies

ALL BABY PRODUCTS
All purchases are covered by a 30 day 100% Money Back Guarantee including the shipping charges to your location. Within thirty-days following your receipt of items purchased from this website, you may return the items to us, for any reason for a full refund. We will process your return promptly and will remit your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty- business days of our receiving your return.

Instructions to Exchange:

If you order a Miracle Blanket and you are not happy with it for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, we will refund 100% of your purchase including shipping within 30 days of your purchase (even if the reason for your return is that you did not like the look of the label!).
If your blanket has any type of defect or damage OF ANY KIND, we will replace the blanket within 60 days of purchase. If you need a replacement, we will let you keep the original until the replacement arrives – it is very hard to live without the blanket while waiting for the replacement. If you decide to keep the original blanket, we will bill your credit card for $25.00 for the used blanket if we have not received the return 30 days after you receive the replacement. We like to get the old ones back because we donate them to charity.

The only reason we would reject a return: If you use the Miracle Blanket, and like it, but your baby grows out of it after successful use (yes, we actually get those) we will not refund your money or send a replacement. WARNING: All babies eventually outgrow the Miracle Blanket. :)

Instructions to Return:

1) Within 30 days of delivery of the blanket, send the blanket back to our office (or come by in person):

2) Include a note stating the name on the credit card used for the purchase and your phone number. Also, mention that you would like a refund. Note: Although it is not required, we would love to know the reason for the return.

Instructions for Replacement due to Manufacture Defects:

At any time in the future, email us at customerservice@spot4tots.com, or write us at the address above. Include a picture of the blanket and the problem. We will send out a replacement right away. If we have not received the defective blanket back within 60 days - because you have decided to keep it - we will bill your credit card an additional $25.00. Note: We repair the used blankets and donate them to charity.
